Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. Please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process:
 
Eligibility: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

Our customer service team will guide you on the next steps, including shipping instructions and any necessary documentation.
 
Return Conditions: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part. Returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of the return request approval. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund or exchange.
 
Refund/Exchange: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Final sale items are non-refundable.

If the defect is confirmed and falls within the warranty period, we will issue an approval for the replacement.
